2. Enter your mobile phone number
3. Tick Agree with YOLO Terms and Conditions
4. Enter your Name and Email address
5. Choose “Next”
6. Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your phone/email
7. Set your 6-digit PIN for login
8. Re-enter your PIN
9. Your YOLO account is ready to use
For Facebook:
1. Open YOLO app, choose “Sign up”
2. Choose Connect with Facebook
3. Authorize YOLO to access to your information
4. Enter your phone number/email adress as required
5. Choose “Next”

7. Set your 6-digit PIN for login

For Google:
1. Open YOLO app, choose “Sign up”

You can only register 1 account with 1 phone number and email address.

Currently, you can not change your Registered phone number and KYCed information. Other information such as: Email, address,… can be changed by accessing My YOLO -> Avatar -> Profile information and make your changes.

This phone number has already been registered with YOLO. If you forgot your password, please reset to receive your new password. If not, please register with YOLO by using another phone number

Please use the support button on top right corner of the app to get assistance from YOLO

Please use reset password function which is located in Login screen

Please contact YOLO immediately to lock your account and your card. Contact your Telco to block your mobile number to avoid any unauthorized transaction. In the mean time, please recover your SIM card to protect your account.

You can add fund to YOLO via 4 channels:

  • Domestic ATM card
  • International card
  • Scratch card
  • YOLO Agent network

Each channel has its own limits and fees, please refer to YOLO fee table . To add fund to account, follow the steps:

  • Login to your YOLO account
  • Choose My YOLO on bottom screen
  • Choose Account details
  • Choose Top up
  • Choose suitable topup channel

Choose ATM card as the top up channel

– Enter top up amount or choose from list of suggested values

– Choose Next to see transaction details and fees

– Choose Confirm to proceed transaction

– You will be redirected to payment gateway interface.

– Choose your bank from list of available banks

– Enter your card details into required fields (Card number, Cardholder’s name, card valid date)

– Choose confirm

– An OTP will be sent to your registered number with the bank. Enter OTP into required fields to authorize

– You will be redirected back to YOLO app after the transaction is finished

Choose Visa/Mastercard as the top up channel

– Enter top up amount or choose from list of suggested values

– Choose Next to see transaction details and fees

– Choose Confirm to proceed transaction

– You will be redirected to payment gateway interface.

– Enter your card details into required fields (Card number, Cardholder’s name, card valid date, CVV)

– Choose confirm

– An OTP will be sent to your registered number with the bank. Enter OTP into required fields to authorize

– You will be redirected back to YOLO app after the transaction is finished

Choose Scratch card as the topup channel

– Select telco from list of available service providers

– Enter Scratch card code

– Enter Scratch card serial number

– Choose Confirm

– Transaction fee will be deducted directly from the top-up amount

Choose Locate us to find nearby YOLO agents

– Visit YOLO to add fund to your account

– Provide agent with your phone number and top-up amount

– Verify transaction details and trasaction fee

– Pay cash to agent

– Receive SMS and in-app notification of successful transaction

You can withdraw from YOLO account via 2 cash

-out channels:

– Transfer to another bank account

– YOLO Agent network

– You will receive an FAC number for withdrawal. Bring the FAC to any YOLO agent and give your phone number to YOLO agent for cash withdrawal

Virtual prepaid card

A Mastercard-branded prepaid card issued for app users (non-KYC) to make
payment for both in-app and online transactions.

Your account balance cannot exceed 5 million VND at any given time

In order to create your YOLO virtual card, you need to add fund to your account. You will then be able to create your own card by enter your info, design according to your style and get a physical card delivered to your address

Card information cannot be changed after you have saved the info

– Confirm block your card by entering the OTP sent to your phone number via SMS. Your card will then be blocked until you reactivate or re

By upgrading to KYCed account, you can enjoy the following benefits:

Security related

To change your password/PIN code perform the following steps:

  • Login to your YOLO account
  • Choose My YOLO
  • Choose Profile by tapping on your avatar
  • Choose Settings
  • Choose Security
  • Choose Change password/Change PIN code
  • Enter your current password/PIN code
  • Enter your new password/PIN code twice
  • An OTP will be sent to your mobile number for authentication. Enter the
    OTP to confirm the change

If you have not upgraded KYC, you can change your personal information by perform the following steps:

  • Login to your account
  • Choose My YOLO
  • Choose Profile by tap on your avatar
  • Choose Profile information
  • Edit your profile

If you have upgrade KYC, you cannot change your personal information.

You can contact YOLO support for assistance immediately

The uninstall or remove of the app does not affect users’ account balance. All customer information and transaction data is encrypted and stored cloud servers. Once the app is reinstalled, all account information will be synced back

If customer found any suspicious transaction/login attempts, customers are advised to contact YOLO call center immediately to get support & assistance. Advised action:

– Change password

– Block card/Report stolen card

– Claim disputed transaction

YOLO App will automatically lock when it is not used within 5 minutes. To continue using, customers need to re-login YOLO System is secured by security controls based on Information Security Standard ISO 27000
